The problem

Tyre shops and mechanics were running their operations across a stack of disconnected tools. Each one solved one thing and broke the connection to everything else.

  • Five tools, zero integration. One system for bookings, another for inventory, a separate CRM, a different invoicing tool, and a website that knew nothing about any of them. Nothing synced.
  • No online booking. Customers who wanted to book outside business hours went elsewhere. Phone calls and paper diaries meant double-bookings were a recurring problem.
  • No customer history. Past service records were spread across invoices, paper files, and staff memory. No reminders, no retention, no way to know when a customer was due back.
  • Inventory tracked mentally. Tyre stock managed on spreadsheets or in someone's head. When a customer asked about a specific size, staff had to physically check the shelf.

Our approach

TyreShop replaced the entire disconnected stack with one platform covering bookings, inventory, CRM, invoicing, and e-commerce.

  • Online booking. A booking widget that embeds into the shop's website. Customers select service, vehicle, and time. Confirmation is automatic. The booking lands directly in the daily schedule.
  • Product catalogue and e-commerce. Tyres and services listed with pricing, availability, and fitment data. Customers can browse and buy online. Online orders and in-store sales go into the same system.
  • CRM and automated reminders. Every customer, service, and purchase in one place. Automated reminders for service intervals, tyre rotations, and seasonal changeovers. Retention campaigns based on actual visit history.
  • Inventory management. Real-time stock levels for tyres, parts, and consumables. Low-stock alerts, supplier ordering, and automatic adjustments when sales are processed. Per-location views for multi-site operations.
  • Invoicing and payments. Invoices generated directly from completed jobs. Stripe for online payments with support for deposits, split payments, and account customers.
  • Multi-location and franchise support. Centralised management with per-location configuration. Franchise operators see aggregated performance while individual shops manage their own operations.

The results

Five or more subscriptions replaced by one platform. The manual work of moving data between disconnected systems was eliminated because the systems are no longer disconnected.

Customer retention improved once shops could actually act on it. Automated reminders based on real service history turned what used to be guesswork into a repeatable process. Shops that had no way to re-engage past customers now do it automatically.

The platform is already running across multiple businesses and built for multi-location and franchise scale, with centralised reporting and per-site autonomy.

What the client said

“We were paying for five different subscriptions and still doing half the work manually. TyreShop replaced all of them and the data actually talks to each other now.”
